Our client, a growing industrial technology company in the Concord. MA area is seeking a Senior/Principal Hardware Design Engineer to lead and support the development of advanced sensing and measurement products. This is a hands-on role focused on analog circuit design, hardware troubleshooting, and project coordination, with the opportunity to participate in a new product launch, guide technicians and influence product direction.

Concord, MA - Onsite | $140K-$155K + Quarterly Bonuses

What You'll Do

  • Design and support analog and digital circuits for industrial instrumentation
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and support existing product lines
  • Run tests, review data, and collaborate with firmware and quality engineering
  • Work with and guide technicians on builds, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Contribute to product updates, reliability improvements, and engineering reviews
  • Coordinate small project efforts and follow through on technical deliverables

What You Bring

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years in analog, digital, and microprocessor-based PCB design
  • Strong troubleshooting and hands-on hardware debug skills
  • Working knowledge of Ethernet and digital communication interfaces
  • Ability to support technicians and coordinate small project activities
  • Experience with Altium, OrCAD, or PADS
  • Familiarity with EMI/EMC design considerations
  • Strong communication and comfort working in a fast-paced, small-company environment
